How it Works

Once we’ve customized the system to meet your needs, the tool couldn’t be easier to use:

  1. TRANSCRIPT: Finish your call and download the transcript from any of your favorite meeting recording tools (Otter, Fireflies, Fathom etc).
  2. FORM: Fill out a short form to upload the transcript, enter a few details, select which type of meeting it was and click “Process!”
  3. AUTOMATION: The systems produces required documents AND when complete, a draft email gets dropped in you email drafts folder.
  4. CHECK: Do a human “quality control” check of the new doc(s), tweak the email and send it to your team or client.
  5. DONE!
