The Delivery Process

  • Involves establishing our project meeting schedule, availability window, expectations, and identifying potential obstacles.
  • Client portal access will be provided, and any necessary accounts will be securely set up during this call, as needed.
  • Determine “pillars” AKA daily themes, social platforms, and scheduling.
  • All time estimates below begin AFTER kick off meeting.
  • 1 week: Involves setting up automated template generator for each of your pillars. This will dynamically create image or video posts, based on designs you bring, or ones we help you create.
  • 2 weeks: Custom spreadsheet and automation system created to meet the client’s specific needs.
  • 3 Weeks: Once the system is built, platforms connected, and spreadsheet enriched, the fun part begins! It’s time to start posting.
  • 4 Weeks: Once the system is in place and running smoothly, we show the client’s team how they can manage the system.
  • We review the effectiveness of the automation and make any tweaks as needed.
  • 6 weeks: Once the system is running smoothly, we can talk about the monthly subscription package. This is based on the number of pillars incorporated. NOTE: The subscription can be paused and reactivated at any time.
