In this workshop, I demonstrate how to automate custom meeting reports using AI and make.com. I walk people through the process of creating a workflow that takes a meeting transcript submitted via a Jotform, processes it with OpenAI’s GPT 4o model using a custom prompt, and generates a summarized report in a Google Doc. The automation also creates a draft email with the summary and a link to the full report.
I cover various aspects of using make.com, including connecting different apps, troubleshooting errors, and best practices for naming modules and organizing workflows. - OpenAI (You’ll need to add $5 of credit to get started, but this goes a LONG way)
